Just out of curiosity what is a tracking animator? I studied animation briefly but never came across this term
For your question, they are 2 separate terms (may be I made some typo mistakes
Tracking = do camera tracking of the live-action sequences and make 3D scenes from
the info for further visual effects works (smoke/fire/explosion/character replacement).
And animator, you know it already
